Firefighters were overwhelmed on Saturday morning when a fire broke out on the roof of one of the pavilions of Prague’s Central Military Hospital. According to current information, the roof is still on fire, but the patient is safe. No injuries, no patients, no firefighters to respond.
The Prague fire brigade announced on Twitter that the roof of the pavilion was on fire in response to the Prague Central Military Hospital – Střešovice. uses high altitude equipment. The patient is now safe and there are no injuries.
“This is an attic fire, with high installations and some water jets deployed. Two of them from the inside, Pavilion A5 (neurology – part outpatient and part inpatient) has been attacked,” the fire department announces.
