Former national team member Kovac is Pardubice’s new coach | Currently

Radoslav Kovac has become the new coach of Pardubice footballers. The former actor, who has so far led Táboursko in the second league, has signed a contract with the East Bohemian club until June 2024.

The last team from the tournament will take the lead for the first time on Wednesday in the second round match of the Local Cup in Fulvari. Pardubice announced the arrival of a new coach to the club’s meeting website.

The 42-year-old will replace longtime coaches duo Jerry Krije and Yaroslav Nowotny on the bench, who were sacked by management after five rounds in which Pardubets won by three points. In the next three matches, the team was temporarily led by Pavel Nomyk, but he could not break the losing streak.

This is Kovac’s second training participation in the first league, at the end of the 2019/20 season and throughout the following season, he led Obava, with whom he was relegated.
