Football striker Kylian Mbappe has become in the spotlight in the French and Italian media, and not because of his goals with Paris Saint-Germain. The 23-year-old from Paris is said to be dating Ines Rao, the first transgender model to shoot for the prestigious Playboy magazine.
Mbappe and Rao were first seen last May during the Cannes Film Festival. A little later, the paparazzi caught the football player joking with Ines on the yacht: he raises the model in his arms and they laugh together.
One of the best strikers in the world has always been highly secretive and little is known about his private life. French actress Emma Smit was supposed to be the last known partner of Mbappe, although this information was never official.
But who is Ines Rao? The 32-year-old French woman made history in 2017 when she became the first transgender model to appear on the cover of Playboy magazine. She is successfully working in the fashion world and four years ago she published her autobiography called “Woman”. She has achieved success on social media with more than 740,000 followers on her Instagram profile.
Rao was born in 1990 in Paris to Algerian parents. She underwent a sex change operation at the age of 16, but only found the courage to share her story eight years later.
He described his transformation from man to woman with these words: “I feel like my soul has finally been set free. It’s like a lock that kept me locked up for so long has been broken.”
