Satellite and Internet company Telly has entered into a multi-year distribution agreement with media company AMC Networks International. The strategic agreement allows broadcasting of Sport1, Sport2, AMC, Film +, Spektrum, Spektrum Home, JimJam and Minimax stations. It will enter into force on September 1, 2022.
The stations will be at medium and large tariffs, and customers will also be provided with the original Digi offer. These channels will replace SPI International’s FilmBox channels on the list, whose broadcast contracts expired on August 31, 2022.
Sports stations will broadcast broadcasts of the Formula 1 Grand Prix and UEFA European Conference League races, among others. In the fall, they will broadcast the Champions Hockey League with Sparta Prague, Mountfield and Osila Tunik, as well as the UEFA European Conference League matches with Slavia Prague and Slovakia, or the Swedish and Swiss Hockey League matches.
The sports show will then be supplemented by the EHF Handball Champions League and all UEFA Nations League matches in Germany, France, England, Spain and the Netherlands, as well as all upcoming Euro 2024 qualifiers, many of which will also be broadcast exclusively on Sport1.
In addition to sports broadcasts, viewers can also look forward to original AMC titles like Fear The Walking Dead or the final season premiere of Better Call Saul.
