According to the final ruling, four of the five vice presidents must lose their positions. Only the head of the sewage treatment plant, Jerry Kejvall, and his deputy, Philippe Aumann, should remain in their posts. However, the Olympic Committee can appeal the city court’s ruling.
The court also ruled on the complaint of the president of the Federation of Sports Unions, Zdenek Ertel, who wanted to cancel the entire presidential election, that is, including Kejval, but in this case the court decided that he did not make the correct objection. .
